Hello Fido-Friends!

Mom woke me up this morning to tell me that I was top dog in New York City according to the AKC. What a warm fuzzy feeling that was to hear that Yorkies were considered most popular for pure breed by the American Kennel Club, even though I’m actually a Silky, which is a cousin of the Yorkie.

Hello Fido-Friends!

As you know I recently had knee surgery at 5th Ave Veterinary Specialists. I’m feeling fine and am slowly working on walking and running normally. I thought my progress was just terrific and didn’t need any help from nobody.

Boy was I wrong!

Hello Fido Friends! Hope your summer was a great one!

Lots has happened in my dog house that I’ll share with you. A few weeks ago my knee started hurting when I’d go for walks with Sweetie. Luckily mom noticed my limping and took me to Fifth Avenue Veterinary Specialists.

Hello Fido-Friends! We’ve been experiencing a humid and sticky summer! Make sure your mommie packs water and a water bowl to stay hydrated during your walks. Try waking up extra early to beat the humidity and take lots of afternoon naps so you can enjoy the evening walks. That’s what Sweetie & I do! Let me know if you have other “cool” tips to share. Tips To Make Take Your Dog To Work Day A Success

June 26th, 2009 | by Sweetie The Papillion

Hello Fido-Friends – Today is a special day for all doggies. Sweetie & I hope your mom and dad take you to work.

Make sure to behave yourselves while at work especially if your mom’s boss is around. That means no “mistakes” on the office carpet, “sit” and “stay” when they ask you to and no chewing on pencils and electrical cords.

I suggest snuggling by dad’s feet in his cubicle, and if you need to stretch your legs just don’t wander off too far. Happy Friday! — Rosco & Sweetie

Hello Fido-Friends!

Summer is here and that means lots of trips to the park. Mom got this goofy idea on Sunday to put Sweetie & I in a pink stroller to go to Stuyvesant Park. I tried to hide behind Sweetie the whole way there. Actually I wasn’t too embarrassed once I noticed other dogs walking by panting and feeling uncomfortable from the heat. Come to think of it my sis & I were stylin’ in this stroller. We were comfy under the shade of the stroller’s visor with a nice breeze on us. (more…)

Hello Fido-Friends, My day was nuts today! Do you ever have one of those days where Mom plans your day from 6 am til 6 pm with no time to relax, play with your toys or maybe nap a few hours? Well my day started with meeting Jennifer from D Is For Doggy. It was my first day walking on a leash and not perched up high like I usually am in my bag, so it was a little strange walking on the cold smelly sidewalks.
