Whether you’re camping, hiking or lounging at the beach this 4th of July, keep your dog safe & happy. Don’t let your furry kids venture close to the bbq pits and open fires. If your dog is spooked by the sudden loud noises of the fireworks, be sure to comfort her needs during the display. And don’t forget to supply fresh water after any outdoor exercises. Let her cool off under the shade of a tree before rejoining the crowd to fetch the ball.

With the 4th of July weekend coming up, why not enjoy Independence Day with your friends and their dogs at a national park. Most parks allow for picnics and make sure you bring your dog’s regular food to avoid her snacking on cheeseburgers and corn on the cob.
