I can’t help but to notice bad parents as much as bad dog owners these days. The other day I was walking along the West Side, and have been a little dopey with the recent humidity. I briefly glanced over a family, and for a second I shook my head as I registered what I had just seen.

Over the weekend, I went to Coney Island (hold your judgment until after reading the whole post).
I saw a dog with spiked pink spray painted hair and slippers with bells on them…no joke (this will give you a good idea of what it looked like)! I immediately felt sorry for the dog and even sadder for the owner because they’re either cruel for maliciously doing it or ignorant for thinking their pets look “cute”. (more…)
