LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel! The beside the obvious style of this upscale doggy establishment, the staff is absolutely WONDERFUL! They truly treat your babies as if they were theirs. I had 2 little pekes, I say had because I lost one to age & illness. During a long business trip I left them at "D", my little Lucy stopped eating and the staff not only took her to the vet, but they also went to PetCo, Whole Foods, and heaven knows where else trying to find food for her that she would eat. LOVE D!!

I have been using Chow Bella for years now for boarding, daycare, and grooming. I also get Cuddles her dog food their too! I work over at CBS and it is very convenient for me and the guys their are always helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have a very temperamental dog and having her groomed has always been a chore, so when I found Ushampooch I thought "why not give it a try?" When my daughter and I bring Gracie there, she truly enjoys the experience. She does not mind it so much when we groom her and is generally excited when we pull into the parking lot. The staff is excellent. They are very friendly and accommodating to each dog's needs. The stalls are kept very clean and everything you need is right there. We love it!
