What a great place ! We took my son's boxer/rotweiler mix to The Pampered Pooch in South Waterfront for his first grooming and nail clipping etc. Not only did they do a great job, but they just seem to really care about the dogs. We could not be more pleased and look forward to taking him there again. Steve

I have been going to the Muttley Crew since it opened. Jeff Slaughter (the owner) has been in the grooming business for years and I have followed him wherever he goes. My little poodle, Blazer, just loves being groomed and I owe this to the gentle, compassionate care he receives by all of the staff who work there. Blazer is treated like a little prince and he loves the premium dog treats and food Jeff carries in his store. It's like one-stop shopping: grooming, retail and doggy day care!!!

the Muttley's were patient and gentle with my skiddish rescue. she first visited them as a frightened little thing afraid of everything that moved. now she is anxious to play with other dogs and does not wet the table when she gets her nails done. I credit the gentle patient handling by Jeff the owner and chief Muttley.
